Welcome to our purpose-built studio, a spacious 14x8m haven perfect for workshops and a variety of experiences. Fully equipped with Yoga gear, it can comfortably accommodate up to 18 standard mats, each with a generous 1m spacing in between for ample room to move freely.

The studio is kept at a cozy 20 degrees, adjustable to your preference, with dimmable lighting to create the perfect ambiance. You'll also find a Bluetooth speaker for easy music connection and WiFi access for facilitators.

Our versatile space has hosted numerous events, from sound baths (the acoustics are fantastic) and Vipasana days to boot camps, Nidra evenings, and many other Yoga practices.

Available a various times throughout the week and weekend with a minimum hire of four hours, we invite you to get in touch for more information on rates and availability. Come and make our studio your own for your next event!

Mourne Yoga offers a variety of different classes throughout the week to suit different needs. Resident Yoga teacher, Lorna Nelson, offers Begin & Improve Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Yoga for Back Care, all perfect for beginners.

For something a little different, try our Barre class with Life Coach and Movement Specialist Stacey Murtagh. Combining ballet moves, Pilates, and yoga, this high-intensity, low-impact workout will get your heart pumping and your thighs burning. It's a fantastic fitness class for all levels.

We also offer Gentle Pilates, taught by professional ballet teacher Debbie Kelly. This class focuses on working your whole body, with particular attention to core strength, making it ideal for those looking to build up their core.

We don’t ask people to commit to blocks of classes, rather we offer a flexible booking system with pay-as-you-go tickets or passes to suit different needs. If there is space in class, you’re welcome to book in and come along!
